Description
STL files to 3D print mold components and PDF files for patterns to make a Medium multitool sheath (patterned to a Leatherman Fuse - also fits a Wingman with clip attached).
Finished inside dimensions are:
- Medium Multitool 4 x 1.3 x .7” (102 x 32 x 18mm)
- Buck 110 5 x 1.3 x .6” (127 x 32 x 15mm)
Includes:
- STL files to 3D print wet mold components (multiple options available)
- PDF patterns to make to different versions: Lined and Unlined.
- Instructions in the form of a document (there is NOT an accompanying instructional video).
I made the PDFs for the leather pattern in Inkscape - just a pretty basic design. I made the STLs in Fusion - also a pretty basic design.
This is recommended for an intermediate skill level. Instructions are detailed and the price reflects the lack of video guide.
2 sets of STL files are included: BaseForm, Form, Mold, FormTrim, and Jig are in Med3D.zip. BaseForm110, Form110, and FormTrim110 are in 110.zip. Only the Form/110 and Mold are needed but the FormTrim/110 and Jig make assembling a bit easier.
