Direct Drive Ender 3 Orbiter Extruder Mount and Dual Blower Shroud

If you experience under extrusion, clogging, poor surface finish, and more, this upgrade solved my issues and now my Ender 3 runs flawlessly. A few modifications to the carriage assembly may be needed, which I highly recommend. 

    One issue with the V1 Ender is that the air has nowhere to go, once blown through the heat sink. Drilling a hole (to match the V2 carriage) behind this allows for better cooling of the heat sink and Bowden. You can see the required hole in the Fan Mounts STL file.   

This is a remix of a few models, the MBOT3D Shroud and the FYSETC orbiter extruder mount, which is no longer available. You can find the same extruder on AliExpress using the link below. 

The mount for the extruder will fit most CR machines, you just have to drill your own holes to mount the extruder as each is slightly different. 

The original MBOT3D shroud was for the V2, which I've adapted to the V1 Ender 3. The MBOT3D shroud limited the intake for the part fan, which has been expanded for max airflow.  I would recommend printing it along with the extruder mount since the two work well together, and some modifications may be needed if you opt to use the Bowden setup. Refer to the original shroud for printing instructions.
