Aqara Shelf

Although I have OctoPrint, I don't use a webcam connected to it to monitor prints remotely. Instead, I use a HomeKit solution with the Aqara G2H (or Pro) hub to manage a few printing needs. This is a shelf that I use to monitor the print bed for problems. I also have a HomeKit plug attached to the printer that I can control, should a print go haywire. Although you can use an OctoPrint plugin for remote webcam access, that does pose a security issue. HomeKit webcams are more secure in that regard.. although they won't provide timelapses.

I've used my own DryBoxes and although they have the cheap LCD humidy displays, those are quite inaccurate. For remote monitoring, I also use the Aqara Temp/Pressure/Humidy sensors that connect to HomeKit thru the G2H hub. 

If a humidy sensor gets too high, it is possible to set a shortcut where it will send a notification.
