Description
This mast collar needs to be watertight and allow for the mast to move in the deck. This is traditionally a difficult place to seal. This design uses a rigid collar that is matched to the mast profile on the i.d. and has a small (5mm) overhang around the deck collar to act as a drip edge. It is printed in two pieces and uses 80mm M6 stainless cap bolts with nylocs as hardware.
