Description
In addition to the commonly broken display hinges, I also had this latch break on an IBM P70 / model 8573 computer. As a result, the display would no longer stay latched closed.
I measured the original part and created a rough replacement in TinkerCAD. The result is the white part in the pictures.
Printed successfully on a Prusa MK3S+ with Prusament PLA, 0.15mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle after enabling supports. Without supports, I had the print fail multiple times once it got to the overhangs in the mounting hole.
