Coleman/Fleetwood Redwood Camper Thermostat Box

I needed a replacement box for my popup camper renovation. This was measured after the dimensions of the original. which is about 149mm x 149mm. This can be a 1:1 replacement for the original box that is damaged.

I left it solid and will drill the holes out as needed (Version 1). Printed at 100% infill with supports. All prints were done with Polymaker PLA white at 220 degrees for strength.  I oriented this so that the outside lip was facing up, this was really the only way I could print this with the least support and achieve the best finish.

I hadn't even posted the files and went through 3-4 iterations with updates.

I created the base insert again, but with a magnetic cover. Printing this on its face, no supports are needed. This allows for 4 10mm round magnets to be press-fit in (it's a little tight but solid).

On a rainy day, when I couldn't renovate, I decided to update this again. Adding proper slots for the Thermostat (Honeywell TH1100DV1000 Pro-Digital) and Battery Monitor (12V Battery Capacity Monitor). This is the version in the camper now. 

Wife is happy with it, and so am I.
