Description
I wanted to create a tool that I can quickly bust out to do E-Step extruder calibrations but I want to keep it discretely instead of just throwing it in a box. The channels on the aluminum extrusion of my Anycubic Kobra is large enough to fit 1.75mm filament so I figured this would be a nice way to hide it.
The full length of the tool is 146mm which would fit one of the channels of the Anycubic Kobra near the LCD screen. Underneath, is a marker for 100mm. If you want to use this for another printer and the length is too long, you should have 46mm of playroom and simply cut the channel to make it fit your desired channel location.
I printed in PLA at 0.12mm layer height on a 0.2mm nozzle. It can come out a big snug so depending on your printer, feel free to print a small portion to see if it fits. If it doesn't fit, feel free to play with Slicing Tolerance settings (set to Exclusive).
