Description
UPDATE: After a year of use I noticed PLA was not holding up and where the two parts meet it started to sag. You might want to print this in non-PLA or support it with a plain metal rack.
Two-piece design that slide locks together (no glue is needed, but wouldn't hurt). One side is for the UniFi USG (262.2mm x 43.7mm x 140mm height) and the other is for UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 Plus (242.5mm x 43.7mm x 140mm height). The USG side includes a small shelf to be able to velcro or zip tie the power adapter to the rack. Once printed slide the USG and Cloud Key in front the front face it should fit snug enough to not jostle around.
Print FACE DOWN. For the USG part NO SUPPORTS NEEDED. For the Cloud Key part SUPPORTS ARE NEEDED, but only for the slide lock portion. To achieve this in Cura I selected: Generate Support: Yes, Support Placement: Touching Buildplate, Support Overhang Angle: 50.
I printed on an Ender 5 Plus using normal Amazon Hatchbox black PLA. I used 0.2 layer height and 6 walls at 20% infill.
