Sk tank LGX lite + Mosquito or Copperhead hotend setup

I have designed these parts so you can use LGX lite with mosquito hotend or copperhead, a 5015 fan duct and height adjustable fan holder. 

For fan duct please get it from Bondtech's support section. Its a 5015 fan shroud for DDX.

I have used Titanium screws mostly, except for the four that attach the hotend mounting adapter to the LGX lite.

Square T nuts are not titanium.

For the fan you will need countersunk M3 1x 22mm screw for front and 1x 24mm screw for back/lower side

For fixing the hotend adapter to LGX lite you will need 4x 12mm or 13mm M3 screws any higher and you will damage the PA12 housing o LGX lite.

For BL touch mount that goes on the back, uses heat inserts and 2x m3 5mm screws

To attach mosquito to adapter, you will need 2x 8mm M 2.5 screws and also m2.5 heat inserts. There is also a version that just self taps screws into the plastic.

To fix the hotend adapter to the Carbon fiber plate you will need 2x M3 12mm screws and 2x m3 nuts.

If you decide to 3d print the plate that goes behind the LGX make sure its 2.5mm or lower and also rigid. I foud even with CF nylon there was too much flex so i had them cut  3mm CF plate with cnc and mill out .5mm
