Manta Mk2 REMIX for drag chains

This is a Remix of Boothy's Manta MK2 duct system for the Ender 3.
I updated some parts to fit better with my setup, as I have a drag chain on my hotend, and wanted to add a connector for the chain.

Summary of changes:
- Rear_Mount_Plate - Replaced heatset insert holes with screw holes, added indexing cutout for drag chain mount, changed sacrificial layers on some of the screw holes.
- Stock_Clamp__Fan_Shroud - Optimized for printing upside down - eliminated sacrificial layers and support feet.
- Universal_Duct_Base - Lessened an overhang near cable cutout on right
- Support_Arm_Bowden_RH - Deleted wire support.
- Drag_Chain_Mount - new
- BLTouch Center Mount with ADXL - added mount for ADXL345 sensor.  BLTouch offset values are unchanged: X:0 Y:-37.7
