Description
This 90° Corner Clamp will give you a helping hand when holding 90° corners and "T" joints together securely during assembly. A second is included for “T” joints or to allow access for gluing. Great for things like constructing model buildings. Use of several corner clamps will allow hands free application of glue or fasteners. Foam weather stripping or recycled mouse pad material can be added to provide a better grip on parts being joined.
V1: My first attempt shown by the gray parts.
V2: I have updated the clamp (orange parts). The base is now thicker to bury the head of the cap screw and a brass insert on the top holds it in place. The top half of the clamp is unchanged.
V3: I has updated the clamp (red parts) for a M4 hex head cap screw. The base is now thicker to bury the head of the cap screw and super glue can be used to hold it in place. The top half of the clamp is unchanged.
A small vice that has multiple ways to secure objects, using spool pins or jaws. Versions with and without a base plate.

Another clamp for smaller projects I designed uses Neodymium magnets to hold model parts together for gluing.

I designed a triangular corner clamp for larger projects that can be seen here:

Here is another style of corner clamp, a square clamping jig that lets you a variety of clamps (C, spring, bar, etc.) to secure two parts together at 90°.
