Ball bearing size 628 for printing.

Dimensions: inner diameter 8mm, outer diameter 24mm, thickness 8mm.

Additionally, you will need 8 x 6mm BBs (e.g. BBs). If you want, you can use glue to fix the upper, inner part of the bearing.

To extend its service life, you can use a little bit of grease.

All residues such as threads, seams, and other filament surpluses on the printout should be carefully removed. By default, the bearing has a tight fit and if any debris or unevenness remains, the bearing may have difficulty rotating.

A tolerance of 0.15 means that ideally, a ball with a radius of 3.15 mm (i.e. a diameter of 6.30 mm) would fit. For me, a tolerance of 0.10 gives no play and good bearing rotation, provided that excess filament is removed very carefully, i.e. mainly the seam. Removal from the running surfaces is not enough. If we leave it at the point where the upper and lower inner parts of the bearing connect, there will be a minimal bulge making it difficult or impossible to rotate.
