Parasol holder

This parasol holder is for balcony railings, parasols with tube or square
suitable up to 50mm.

It consists of a front panel, a rear panel and two intermediate panels.
These are fastened by four cylinder head screws with hexagon socket or Torx (M8 150mm) with 16mm washers and matching nuts
held together (preferably stainless steel). At the same time, enough pressure is built up to hold the parasol.

The panels can be assembled rotated by 90 ° depending on the orientation of the balcony elements (horizontal / vertical).
The adapter plates are inserted or pushed and are for diameters of 22-50mm
suitable. Try it here as an option. It may be enough to just put an adapter in the plate on the outside.

I performed the 3D printing of the plates or adapters with PLA filament from two manufacturers with the success of the plates
had slightly different dimensions. Some of the adapters now fit very tightly into the base plates.
Therefore, make sure to use the same filament and the same print settings.

PETG, ABS or ASA should be used as printing material to ensure that it can be stored in the open air, including exposure to UV-radiation.

Since the forces that can act on a Parasol can be very high, I do not assume any liability for this construction.

Sonnenschirmhalter

Dieser Sonnenschirmhalter ist für Balkongeländer, Sonnenschirme mit Rohr-oder Vierkantkonstruktionen
bis 50mm  geeignet.

Er besteht aus einer Frontplatte, einer Rückplatte und zwei Zwischenplatten.
Diese werden durch vier Zylinderkopfschrauben mit Innensechskant oder Torx (M8 150mm) mit 16mm Scheibe und dazu passende Muttern
zusammengehalte (Vorzugsweise Edelstahl). Gleichzeitig wird genug Druck aufgebaut den Sonnenschirm zu halten.

Die Platten können um 90° gedreht zusammengebaut werden je nach Ausrichtung der Balkonelemente (Horizontal/Vertikal).
Die Adapterplatten werden eingelegt oder geschoben und sind für Durchmesser von 22-50mm
geeignet. Hier Wahlweise ausprobieren. Es kann eventuell reichen nur einen Adapter in die außen liegende Platte zu setzen.

Ich habe den 3D-Druck der Platten bzw. Adapter mit PLA-Filament von zwei Herstellern durchgeführt mit dem Erfolg das die Platten
leicht unterschiedliche Maße hatten. Die Adapter passen teilweise nun sehr stramm in die Grundplatten.
Deshalb achtet darauf, dasselbe Filament und dieselben Druckeinstellungen zu nehmen.

Für die Haldbarkeit an der freien Luft inklusive UV-Einwirkung sollte eher PETG, ABS oder ASA als Druckmaterial verwendet werden.

Da die Kräfte die auf einen Schirm wirken können sehr hoch sein können übernehme ich für diese Konstruktion keine Haftung.
