Burley Flatbed bunting mount

This is a small two part bunting mount for the Burley Flatbed bike trailer. It fits a bunting rod of 6mm diameter and the Burley Flatbed frame diameter of 22.1mm. The FreeCAD source file is included in case you need to adjust any of the parameters.

Please note that long term testing is still missing.

Part list

• Clamp A (rotate around X by 180°, use brim if needed)
• Clamp B (use brim if needed)
• 2 x M3x10mm
• 2 x M3 nylock nut
• 4 x M3 washer

Print parts A and B and attach to the left rear upwards frame as pictured using the M3 screws, nuts and washers (the washers should sit between screw heads & plastic, and nut and plastic). 

How was this designed?

This part was designed in FreeCAD LinkStage, version 2022.4.30. The .fcstd design file is included and can be adjusted as needed, the relevant parameters (frame dia, bunting rod dia, screw size etc) are all configurable via the included Spreadsheet.
