Knob for Micro Swiss Direct Drive Extruder

I love the look of pixel2's extruder knob, but as designed it does not fit the Micro Swiss extruder I installed on my Ender 5 Plus as the “stem” part is too thick and is obstructed by the tension gear pivot.  I did this very simple remix to make it fit properly.  I don't know for sure but I suspect this fits most Micro Swiss extruders, at least those with the 8mm drive gear.

Prints without supports, low infill (20% or so) seems fine.  Combined with my Filament Runout Sensor upgrade, this makes unloading and reloading filament way easier than I thought possible.

NOTE:  The photo makes it look like the knob is touching the tension gear pivot, but there is actually 2 or 3 millimeters of clearance.
