Vacuum Cleaner Replacement Wheel (Siemens Z3.0)

This model replaces the wheel of a Siemens Z3.0 vacuum cleaner.

Print Settings

The model is split in half for better printability, it needs to be printed twice. 

Print preferably in ABS with 4 wall lines or more, at 0.2 mm layer height.

Important note: An elephant foot would lead to a bulge at the running surface and should be avoided. If your printer is susceptible to this kind of artefact, a good way of mitigating this is to shrink the first few layers in XY direction; search for “XY First layer compensation” or alike in your slicer of choice. Usually one layer already works wonders, compensation on more layers will add a slight chamfer in the worst case.

Glue the two half wheels together. To help with the alignment and for improved stability of the axis, a M2x30 countersunk flat head screw can be added to the central bore:
