Deckard Cain Stay a While and Listen Sign

Friend wanted a sign for his house in the likes of those, "Stay awhile" welcome signs but wanted to pay homage to our good ole days of countless hours hearing ole Deckard Cain's iconic, "Stay a while and listen." line he constantly said when you approached him in town and such.

Whipped this up on fusion 360 to fit on most printers.

The dimensions come out to:

• 230mm long x 109mm wide x 20mm tall (including the extruded text).

The text used was "Exocet Light Font," by Jonathan Barnbrook. This may not be EXACTLY the font of Diablo as I'm not 100% sure if there were slight deviations or not.

I have not printed this myself, but the mounting hole/slot in the back has a 16mm diameter large hole for the head of the fastener you use, and a narrowed slot towards the top that is 6mm wide. Around the narrowed slot there is a 1mm thick plate that should surround the thread area of your fastener, HOWEVER, i am unsure if this will cause printing issues if supports are NOT used due to their being about 6mm of empty space between the 1mm shoulder mounting plate area and the remainder of the body of the sign. Depending on your printer settings and BRIDGING capabilities, you may not have any issues especially since having this hung on the wall, that cavity shouldn't be seen.
