[Update] Added .step file in case others find that helpful
This is a replacement battery cover for the Coleco Electronic Quarterback game from the late-70s. Best I can tell, there are a couple of case versions of this game and the battery covers differ between them, so take a close look at the photos to be sure this battery cover will work with your model.
Getting the cover on and off with a battery in place is a tight squeeze. The gif below illustrates the easiest way to do it.
If you decide to paint the cover, you may find that it negatively impacts fit, as the tolerances are so tight. Either tape off the tabs and tongue and only paint the visible portion of the cover, or perhaps try tweaking the scale by a tiny amount in your slicer to account for the layer of paint. Maybe someone will try this and let us know what works in the comments.
Printer Brand: Prusa
Printer: I3 MK3S
Rafts: No
Supports: Yes
Resolution: 0.15mm
Infill: 25%
Filament: Prusament PLA Galaxy Silver
I've only tested the fit with PLA. If you print PETG you may find you need to scale (perhaps just in the XY) a small amount, as in my experience PETG shrinks differently than PLA.
I lightly sanded the rough-looking areas, mainly for aesthetic reasons.
