Description

Set exactly the box size you need using the Fusion 360 archive (interior_* parameters), modify your panels and mount plate, and print the perfect ready to go project box.

STL for 150mm x 150mm x 50mm and 75mm x 75mm x 30mm interior space are provided, if you can't use Fusion360 you can use some other solid modeler on the provided blank STLs. You could even print the blank panels and machine them if you must.

Remember to account for the panel mounts and wiring! (As you can see in my example pics, mine was tight enough I ended up using a smaller PSU in my project.)

No supports are needed for the basic project box. It has worked well for me with 0.2mm and 0.3mm prints.

All the default hardware choices are for m3 screws, m3 nuts (for the feet), and m3 x 4mm deep (board mounts) or 6mm deep (case mounts) x 5mm O.D. heat set brass inserts. The housing has six mount holes, though I figured most people would use either 2 or 4 of them.

The provided STL is almost a press fit on my Mk3s, there is a parameter to set higher tolerances as needed.

WARNING: What you do with this is your problem, it could spontaneously explode or remove all your mattress tags, just because it looks useful doesn't mean I know what I'm doing.
