Description
This design is from the USA Consumer Product Safety Commission. It is used to determine if a small part is a choking hazard to a child under 3 years old. Put the part into the tube and if it fits completely so that nothing protrudes past the top of the tube, then that part is unsafe. The pictures show a small Lincoln Log toy part that fits completely inside the tube. If you are printing toys for small children, you should use this to check the safety of your designs.
I print with PETG but this part should work well with PLA and other rigid materials.
I recommend using 5 perimeters and 15% rectangular infill.
