Description
If you are looking for the bracket that attaches the Anova to the water bath, see my companion design here: Sous Vide Water Bath Bracket - Fits Original Anova Precision Cooker by Stefan | Download free STL model | Printables.com
The bracket from my original Anova sous vide broke. I found this great design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1635640 and it worked perfectly but the fit wasn't quite right and I couldn't remove the lid from my container without unclamping the bracket so I decided to design one that more closely matched the original bracket.
Note: If you are looking for the clamp I have that design as well which you can find here: https://www.printables.com/model/358844-sous-vide-water-bath-bracket-fits-original-anova-p
I recommend polycarbonate simply because it can handle higher temperatures. I used ABS (from Hatchbox) but it eventually warped. I tried Prusament Polycarbonate and haven't had an issue since.
Print with the flat side down (opposite orientation when installed and using with Anova) and use support on the build plate. I recommend at least 50% infill, I tried with 15% and it warped after a few uses.
Please post a comment if you are successful with other filaments/infills!
I have included the .step file which can be used to modify my design in your favorite CAD program
