Honda Fit battery hold down for oversized battery

Battery hold down to allow you to use a larger and less expensive 26R battery in the first generation Honda Fit. Uses the original j-hooks with the plastic battery box removed. The rear j-hook attaches in the hole behind the battery. The front j-hook just hooks under the edge of metal battery tray, it will be secure once it has been tightened down. 

Perfect fit with a Walmart Everstart battery. Other brands may need slight adjustments to the dimensions.

Because this is a high load, high heat application engineering filaments are recommended. I printed with CF nylon but ASA may work as well. tight tolerances for the holes and sides of the battery help to keep the load off the cross beam. If more strength is needed just stretch the model along the Z axis in your slicer. 50%+ infill and 5+ walls is recommended for strength
