Precision screwdriver handle

I designed this for an application at work where I had several users tightening and loosening small plastic screws with a Phillips #2 head, though no commercial precision sets I could find had screwdrivers larger than #1. Add your favorite hex drive bits, and melt/glue/press it in and leave it there. Not designed for repeated loading/unloading, it will likely get loose over time if used this way.

Handle has slim design for improved ergonomics and dexterity, but without the additional bulk and knurling of other existing designs, which encourage over-torquing.

The print file is a little fancy to provide many perimeters in the region of the swivel joint, which is a weak point, in order to prevent breakage under hard use. But this is a precision screwdriver and you are not using it for large or stuck fasteners, right? ;)

Change filament at the top (or split the print and glue together later, as I did when my print failed) for an added pop of color. Works well in PLA or ASA, I have used both.

Print socket-down without supports, but a brim might be a good idea. Dropping the part on a table is a handy way to break the swivel free from the handle after printing.
