Mini-B Tire Foam Insert Cutter

This is a foam insert cutter for Mini-B sized tires. This will work for front and rear tires.

You will need a long M6 bolt to use as a blade guide as well as 4 hobby knifes to insert into the cutter head.

The knives are press fit into the cutter head and secured with a drop of super glue.Be careful installing the blades and be sure to wear a pair of cut resistant gloves.

I used corn starch and super glue to secure the bolt to the cutter base. I did this step after putting the knife blades in the cutter head so I could align the knifes to the grooves in the base before gluing the guide bold in place. Doing this ensures the guide bold is square to the base for accurate cuts.
