Description
Just another spool holder system. The idea was to hide the spools and the tools can be hold in the drawer.
The mmu mode is set to normal, otherwise there can be failed loads sometimes.
Material : Ikea Galant, two rods of 30cm and 5m of PTFE tube
The filament spools from Prusa work fine with this system as they have a very small tolerance in thickness. I have used the system for over a year now with success.
The pull pressure on the outer is spools is too high in my opinion. The radius of the PTFE tube for those spools is too short for some filaments and I am working on a improved version with coupling connectors and longer radius...
The spool holders only are printed with support. All parts are printed with PETG.
