Description
I purchased some 775 motors with a 19 tooth pinion gear from online with the objective to mount it to my kids' PowerWheels. Didn't get around to it until recently.
The 19T pinion doesn't line up with the stock gears and as such it needs to be spaced slightly back for it to work.
I've printed the spacer offsets in PET since I'm not sure what heat the spacer offsets will see at this point in time.
Pinion gear reference:
The one hole needs to be drilled larger for alignment to be made perfectly. Screw the screws in but don't tighten all the way. Then apply power to the motor and listed to the gears, you will notice that there is a sweet spot when the gears don't make any noise, position the motor to this position and then tighten the screws all the way.
Screws needed: 2x M4 x 40 hex screws
