Remix of Knurling Control Knob Cap for Ender 3 - for Larger Hands + Tighter Fit

This knob cap fits over the stock control knob on Ender 3D printers, and has a finger hole or indentation to allow the user to jog or spin the wheel with one finger. It has a knurled side surface for grip when making fine adjustments of the controls. This is a remix which provides a slightly larger knob and finger hole than rtm's original design:

I printed rtm's knob cap and liked the design, but wanted to make a few refinements and/or adjustments for my finger size. As follows:

• I reduced the inside diameter by about 0.34mm to provide a tighter fit.
• I increased the overall diameter of the knob by 2mm, to allow for a larger finger hole that is farther out from the center.
• I increased the size and depth of the finger hole to accommodate my large fingers; this required that the remixed knob's face surface is a little thicker.
• I decreased how far down the sides of the remixed cap go down so that they do not protrude down below the bottom lip of the original knob.

NOTE:     The model prints upside down with the face of the knob cap touching the print bed. No supports are needed. I printed with PETG at 100% infill and with 0.16mm layer height. This design has tight tolerances for its fit over the original knob; some internal cleanup of printer artifacts may be required.
