i did not design the pattern, i merely converted the pdf pattern (Pocket version only) to be printable using a 3d printer.

All credit should go to them.

instruction are also on their website

the template are 0.5mm thick
if printed with 0.15 layer height you will get 3 layers with cura

if you want it thicker without having to go through the design files, you can always scale the Z axis in your slicer.

I used 4cm of elastic band to attached the adjuster to the mask. jagged edge pointing towards mask
