Complete upgrade kit for Xinkebot Orca 3 IDEX

Recently bought a Xinkebot Orca 3 IDEX 3D printer.

Although I was really impressed by the build quality, visuals and construction, I was not as happy with some decisions regarding the extruder and hot-end design.

Therefore I added and redesigned some parts to make it more to my liking;
- Replaced the hotends for an e3D v6 combo with better print quality than the stock nozzle setup (weird design with PTFE into the nozzle)

- Designed a fan duct to replace the poorly designed stock one, which tapped some air from the 40mm heatsink fan (did not work). My version uses 2x 4010 blower fans for part cooling.

- To supply signal and power to the new fans, I created 3 parts (Head mount v17, Chain mount base v6, and XY belt mount v9). You can print these in PETG and attach them to the heads, left side of the X gantry, and left side of the base.
There is a cable chain (10x15) running between the bottom and gantry, and 2 PTFE 4mm tubes from the hub to the heads.

- Made a part to mount a big 7015 blower fan as a controller fan to cool the electronics (just needs to spin at 40% max, really silent

- Made a fan duct version and bed storage adapter to mount and use a Euclid probe for bed leveling. Now my xinkebot has fully automated bed leveling and calibration with macro's.

-Lastly, I designed an adapter to replace the mainboard for a BigTreeTech Octopus and a big 30A relais for the bed.

Prints like a rose, and am really happy with the new functions.

Probably not a lot of people have a Xinkebot Orca 3, but for the ones who have; You might like this!
