Durable Wallet - Fold and Sew - Flexible - Customizable Logo

I always like my designs to be as durable as possible, the weakest part of any 3d printed object is the material type and Layer lines. I have chosen TPU for for its flexibility and comfort in your pocket. I have chosen to print the wallet flat on the bed to give the best print layer strength possible.

Fits two cards on each front pocket left and right as well as 1 or more in the main pocket left and right, or that could be used for cash.

0.3 mm Layer height with customizable Logo! see the Fusion 360 files attached.
 

Prints flat on the bed, print Logo face down. Print with Flexible filament and make the first layer nice and hot to ensure a smooth outside layer for the wallet. The wallet panels are 1.2 mm thick.

Assembly Instructions; Gets Folded in half twice.

All sewing edges have a 5mm seam allowance. Place  the card holders left and right upside down and on the top front face of the main wallet panel, sew just the middle on each card flap panel. fold over man wallet panels and sew all around the open edges.

I happened to have a cheap hand sewing Awl speedy stitcher lying around.
