LACK table corner wallmount

LACK table corner wallmount to reduce shaking during printing. The LACK tables can shake pretty bad, especially when stacked. This mount is to fasten the table to a wall corner, significantly reducing shaking in the x/y directions. I use two mounts, one for each corner closest to each wall.

The mount is in three parts with a removable middle T-bar so it is easy to move the LACK tables for printer maintenance etc. They should be mounted on the corner of the tabletop or at the top of the legs as the LACK table is mostly hollow.

I have included the Fusion 360 file where you can adjust the length of the T-bar if needed. "total_length" is the distance from the corner of the table to the wall.

Print instructions

Print using PLA for as much rigidity as possible. I used 20% grid infill and 3 perimeters.

It's supposed to be a tight fit pressing the T-bar onto the mounts. We want as little room for vibration as possible. Different PLAs and temperature settings might give varying results. The print should fit, but if necessary, sand the T-bar just as much as needed. Alternatively, you can just join/re-model the 3D model to make one piece if you want a permanent and a bit more rigid wallmount.
