Ride height measurement tool

This is a little help tool for ride height measurement.

When you want to measure the distance between the wheel center to the fender, you might like this little helper. Just attach the tool and use a tape measure.

The middle circle part is turnable and can be printed in place. Due to its small clearance, the circle part may stick to the base plate. In that case, some lubricant such as silicone spray would help to separate them.

Depends on the offset (inset) of the wheel, you may use appropriate spacer(s) from 5,10, or 20mm for the attachment in order to adjust the axial position of the measurement tool.

I prepared some variations. I may create other version upon request. So please let me know in the comment section.

• 4H PCD 98+108, 100+114.3 
• 5H PCD 100, 108, 112, 114.3, 120, and multi hole version
• Attachment for 17, 19 and 21 HEX
• Thumb nut for M5 hex nut and M5 thread insert (prepared hole: 6.4mm)

You will need following fasteners to assemble.

• 3x M5 hex head bolt 50-60mm
• 3x M5 hex nut or thread insert 

2024-08-04 Update
I added Back up ring for those have an issue of too much play for the center circle part. To fix the Back up ring, I updated the base plates with 3 holes. You will need 3x M3-6 screws to fix/adjust the back up ring. please see pictures.
