Description

Description: This slim & sturdy wallet has room for (6) cards and a bonus slot in the middle for paper cash. Why no coins?  …Because: My Money Don't Jiggle Jiggle, it Folds. (sorry could not resist… lol).  The model is quite versatile & can be printed in traditional filament (hard) or TPU/ flexible filament (soft).

Features:

  • Works both as a solid or flexible TPU print.
  • Sleek, no sharp corners or edges to get caught up on in your pocket. 
  • Cards are held in place with friction.
  • Simple, single-part print.  Nothing to assemble, no moving parts to break.
  • Convenient bottom push-access for pushing out extra-thick credit cards out if needed during break-in period (hard filament version).
    • TPU / Flexible Filament-friendly version does not have the bottom “Push Access” hole as it is not needed for the flexible version.  See printing details for TPU below.

Printing (General): The wallet is designed to be printed in the vertical orientation, Left to Right, along the X-Axis with a standard .4mm nozzle.

The wallet slices perfect @ .20mm resolution on a .4mm nozzle with 2, clean passes per credit card divider (see cross-section below):

 

It prints and sticks to the build plate great for me with no brim using PETG @ 240C on a 84C bed.  If you don't generally have good adhesion please add a ~4mm brim to increase your plate contact area.  I have included a .3mf print file setup for a good print with a 4mm brim for users who don't know how to set it up.  

Printing TPU / Flex:

  • Use the TPU version of the model (no bottom push-hole).
  • Change the infill to "cubic" and 50%.
  • Use the "SainSmart TPU" profile at 0.2mm with a 4mm nozzle.
