Tenlog TL-D3 Pro BMG Extruder Tension Lever

The Tenlog TL-D3 Pro with the BMG extruder upgrade is a great machine - but ours had a slight issue recently with the extruder lever breaking, I think due to a clog. I reached out and collaborated with the awesome folk @ LNL 3D Solutions, and I was able to modify and get this extruder part printable to share with the community.

The part prints nicely with the flat side down on the bed, with a decent infill (35-100% recommended) and no supports. Depending on the tolerance of your printer and how well it is dialed in, you may need to drill out the holes for a better fit of the gears and assembly. An M3 heat set insert is needed in order to fit the tension screw and spring together - see the photo for where the insert should be placed.
