Description
I have made a fan mount for the 2 Stage Gryphon Blaster originally made by Flygonial. An excellent design, but 4 Kraken motors can get pretty hot when used extensively and outside in the heat. I modified the motor cover to fit a 4010 12 volt fan that can be wired up to the main wires of the blaster, but can be configured whichever way you'd like that works. I ran my fan cables through the same wire channels that the motor wires run, fits with no problems. I would recommend wiring in a button/rocker switch to be able to turn off the fan when not needed as not to waste battery or just not have it be noisy when not in use. Should be a snap fit but your mileage may vary depending on printer, tuning, etc. If there are any questions, I would be happy to answer them in the comments!
I used some cheap, generic fans to put in my blaster, but any 12v 4010 fan should work fine (I have only tested with the fans linked here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JPBMNVL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
This model is still in progress but is mostly completed, any changes after this will be mentioned down here!
