A simple, no-supports adapter that connects a standard 140mm fan to 100mm (4") ducting. Great for fume extraction, workshop ventilation, and general airflow projects.

📐 Specifications

• Fan side: 140 × 140 mm flange with standard mounting holes

• Duct side: 100 mm outlet

• Height: ~49 mm

• Smooth internal transition for minimal airflow loss

🖨 Recommended print settings

• Material: PLA or PETG (PETG if exposed to heat or sunlight)

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Walls: 3 perimeters

• Infill: 15–20%

• Supports: None — prints flat on the flange

• Orientation: 140mm flange flat on the build plate

🔩 Assembly

Mount the fan to the 140mm flange with standard fan screws, then slide your 100mm duct over the outlet and secure with a hose clamp or tape.
