Description
Purchased the Joby Beamo Ring Light 12" ring light for my Canon R6 to do some product/print photography and realized my camera doesnt fit using the mount it came with. Modeled this so I could hang the ring light in front of my camera using the cameras hot shoe.
THIS IS TO BE USED WITH YOUR CAMERA MOUNTED TO A TRIPOD AND HAVE THE RING LIGHT HANGING OFF THE CAMERA! DO NOT TRY TO MOUNT THE RING LIGHT TO A TRIPOD AND HANG YOUR CAMERA FROM IT! YOUR CAMERA WILL FALL!
Used a ¼"-20 nut I had lying around to connect the mount that came with the ringlight to the print. I left a gap around where the nut is placed to accommodate larger ones, I just wrapped some electrical tape around the one I had to get it to fit snuggly.
Printed without supports with Prusament Carmine Red PETG, 20% infill, 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle.
