Compact Lighter Case

Important:

• the Lid is best printed up-side down

• i have come across ‘fake’ BIC lighters, which will sit loose. It's easy to tell by the quality though

• the cigarette compartment fits a self-rolled 75mm length, 6mm Ø cigarette (slim filter)

Design:

** Updated to 7.1 with Lid-clip and tighter tolerances.

Went through many iterations to balance the best feeling shape, spliff size and fit of the Bic. The seating and clamping force of the lid was optimised. 

I would love to implement an o-ring, but with this design there is simply no space. I prioritised compactness and feel. Might make another more spliff oriented version.

Cigarette size:
Even though it might not look like it, it houses a full self-rolled cigarette (Rollie) of 75mm height.

Filament used: Tinmorry PLA+ Matte Black
