Kärcher RC3000 and Siemens VSR8000 Akku battery replacement for AA NiMH Batteries

Replacement Batteries are expensive and of low battery quality, so I decided to make my own using off the shelf cheap AA NiMH 1,2V Batteries. They are like the original cells but a bit longer, so I had to redesign the shell. I used the mod already on 3 Robots, and they are working better than new, because the modern NiMHs have more capacity.

You will need 6 AA NiMH Batteries and the contacts salvaged from the original pack.

Only do this if you're a skilled maker because wiring the batteries wrong can result in damages, also ironing the patches onto the batteries is difficult.
