Description

Universal holder, height adjustable, rotatable, for Sony and Gopro cameras, also for cycle computers. For handlebar 31.8 mm and stem around 32-35 mm

Accessories : M3x20 2pcs , M3x40 1pcs , M5x15 with self-locking nut , spring 8x20mm,   tripod screw

Assembly :

First, print the holders for the stem and handlebar and insert them into plate 1, it may be necessary to sand down the plug-in edges a little, they fit quite tightly, there is no need to glue them.

Drill holes on plate 1 with a 3mm and 5mm drill
Then insert a spacer ring between plate2 and plate3, connect with an M5x15 screw and secure with a self-locking nut, sensitively so that the part rotates just right.
Insert the connected parts 2 and 3 into the plate part 1 and secure with the M40 screw.
Print axles and gears.
Insert the straight gears into the plate3 part and secure 2pcs M3x20.
First insert the shorter axis and two gears into the part of plate 1, put the straight gears on them and then insert the long axis with gears, string, locking rings and knob - according to the pictures. Stick the locking ring on plate 1, first determine the upper and lower rotation position

On the rotable plate 4, drill a hole for the tripod screw with a 6mm drill bit.

The holes for the holder for the Sigma cycle computer also fit on the plate plate 4 version of Gopro. Those who know how to work with 3mf can modify plate4 for their device

This model took me the longest to develop, about two weeks, I normally design and print a model in one to two days. I printed many parts until I was satisfied. Maybe he will drill some holes with a 3mm and 5mm drill so that the axles and screws fit well

It is suitable to print from Petg or durable PLA, I printed from Prusament PLA Magic brown and 3DJAKE magic PLA

You can secure the holder to the handlebar with rubber bands with a diameter of 22-24 mm
