Tricopter tail mechanism for 20mm Carbon Fiber tail boom.

Requires 27x5mm metal pin for hinge.

Included design for two 5x13 mm bearings.

Added some modifications for 19.5mm or 1/2" square wooden dowels and 20mm CF tubes.
