Description
This is my 3d printable variation on the famous 6 lever Champion pancake lock.
It uses real springs from a generic springs set off Aliexpress. The springs used are:
1 Compression 23/64" X1-3/8" for the shackle
2 Compression 1/4" X13/32" for the levers
If you print the V1 version of the body you will also need 3 16x4mm rods as the axes of the levers and the blocker. IMHO it looks nicer with those but if you don't want to mess with steel rods you can print the V2 version which uses 3d printed axes, it works just fine.

Assembly
Print one of each part.
Put each lever in and then compress the lever spring and push it into the slot between the lever and the spring holder until it jumps into the socket.
Now place the blocker.
Insert the shackle spring into its holder, make sure it slides in all the way and then place the shackle onto it while the blocker is in the closed position.
Check that the key inserts smoothly and opens the lock, you may need to adjust the key hole if there was some sag when bridging during printing.
When everything works, close the top lid (you can put a drop of superglue on the four support places for the lid but it holds fine without it.
