Creality Spider hotend Ender 5 Fan

I couldn't find correct Creality spider hotend fan for Ender 5.

So I remixed one.

I printed the singel one version with bltouch and using it.

I'm not a pro :) using thinkercad at the moment and will try Fusion360 soon as it is easy to change design.

I'm going to use this until someone more cable will create better one.

I use 4020 fan it also works with stock fan.
