Menstrual pad storage box for 2 pads (Damenbinden)

Printed this for my GF as she wanted to carry the minimal amount (2 pads) of menstrual pads with her instead of the entire box.

This is a 2 piece print. The outer part prints without any supports. The inner part is to be printed with supports at the hinge (just the outer “pins”).

The box is designed to be as small as possible while accommodating 2 menstrual pads. The opening angle is as limited as possible, the box will not open any further than what is shown in the picture. 

Maximum size of a single pad is 85x110x8 mm (should you need a different size or number of pads just leave a comment, the model is fully parametric)

Be careful during assembly (it's best done while the outer box is still warm and flexible, because otherwise the outer box may crack during assembly):

1. Clean the hinge pins and remove any excess stuff to ensure they are as cylindrical as possible
2. You might also sand the pins down just a little bit to reduce the risk of cracking the outer box
3. The inner box has to be inserted into the outer box in a very shallow angle
4. Slide the inner box gently forward until the pins snap into place
5. In case the outer box cracks during assembly, print again and try once more (sand down the hinge pins even further)

I printed it in PETG, infill does not matter as the wall thickness is just 1.6mm
