Description
Warning: If you do this please use a heat resistant filament.
We had broke one of our Ikea lid handles so I drew up a replacement in Fusion and printed in Proto Pasta's Carbon Fiber HTPLA. I heat treated for 20 min at 230F
In Prusa I scaled the X and Y to 100.6 and the Z to 99 to account for the shrinkage during annealing.
Please print as shown in my last pic. If you don't want to use additional supports you can use a support modifier like I have done to save some filament. Mine is printed at 0.20mm at 50mm/s
Hope this helps someone else!
