Description
I created this model to test extended overhangs at various angles under 45 degrees while also looking nice once complete.
Specifically, I wanted to test various nozzle sizes and extrusion widths with extended overhangs. This ended up being a good idea since the resulting prints helped tune settings when over-extruding and to reduce ringing, especially with temperamental materials like silk PLA and low infill percentages.
This ended up being a pretty difficult model to print (especially with more difficult materials), so expect a lot of failures and be sure to watch the print when it's transitioning between angles (I found a lot of my failures happened at the half-way point).
