PET Funnel with air back flow

when filling a bottle the air bubbles back and make the bottle vibrate and then it could tip over, spill out or what water filling accident. This PET bottle adapter is my solution to this problem.

This model came in 2 versions. One is for standard PET bottles and the other for PET bottles with wider opening. The funnel side is only for the standard (smaller) opening.

print instructions

• PLA is good enough (I used polymaker polyTerra)
• 3 layers
• random seam
• 15% cubic infill
• I used line width 0.6mm and variable layer size to speed print up

assembly/usage

• cut a standard opening PET bottle like seen in the picture
• screw it into the adapter
• now screw it onto your desired bottle and beginn filling
• best results is when you avoid to pour the liquid directly in the airflow channel /middle tube)
