This is a little spring-loaded Ikea Skadis mount for my Wera Kompakt screwdriver kit.
Bill of materials:
- 1x M4x30 bolt. Make sure to use a thick head since this is what keeps the tools in place.
- 1x M4 nut
- 2x M4 washers
- 1x spring (Mine is roughly 19mm long, has a diameter of 7mm, filament diameter of 0.5mm and 5 windings. While the length should be chosen similarly, you can easily downsize the total diameter as long as the spring fits over the M4 bolt)
Printing:
Print this with the upper surface (oriented as seen in the pictures) on the build plate. I recommend using supports for the steep overhangs though the hooks themselves should print just fine without.
Assembly:
- Push the nut into the end cap. The tolerances may be quite tight. In this case you can use a heatgun to warm the part up a bit or just use brute force.
- Slide a washer, the spring and another washer onto the M4 bolt.
- Put the M4 bolt through the hole on the right side of the mount with its head facing inwards.
- Screw on the end cap that you prepared in step 1
