Kurvinox

I want to share my latest weekend creation.

An epic “Kurvinox” character from well-known Polish cartoon “Kapitan bomba”.

Designed from the ground up in 3Ds Max as a multipart print for assembly.

Printing tips:

• Print one part at a time (or sequential printing) for better quality.
• For good balance use 100% infill for the Tail. 0% infill for head, horns and eyes.
• Use super glue for connecting parts.

Paint used for painting:

• AK interactive Grey primer AK 175
• Vallejo Pastel Blue 70.901
• Vallejo Old Rose 70.944
• Vallejo Black 70.950

Painting tips: 

• Sand printed model first, remove any imperfections.
• Glue assembled model on a stick to avoid finger sweat and oils
• Use Primer.
• Mix paint together to make color variations.
• Use the dry brush technique to add details.
