Made to build a 4S8P pack out of 24 21700 cells with BMS, 2x USB Ports and an XT60 connector
Using LG INR21700-M50LT cells, the pack is will have approx. 580 Wh.
Needs a M3 tap and M3x12 screws
Warning: Open Points / Deficits for a possible v2
- Screw Holes in Midframe need space where debris from cutting threads can go - or - replace threaded holes with self-threading size or inserts
- Space for USB Boards
- Distance between screwheads and outline (arachnae pathing creates short stubs)
- Optimize material use / internal geometry
- Change layout from Left/Right Plates to Top/Bottom as a 4S Pack will always have BAT+ and BAT- on the same side, so there only needs to be a single wire running from one side to the other for the B2 balance connector
